Luuk Broos is in charge of the kitchen. Discovering new combinations and preparation methods is the best thing there is. Going along with developments in the world, going with the seasons. But at the same time, keep the classics alive. The bread we serve is developed and baked by ourselves. We also do the patisserie, a profession in its own! We like to know where our vegetables come from. That is why we have entered into a partnership with Sprankenhof, which supplies farm-fresh fruit and vegetables. In addition, we work together with organic farm ‘t Schop in Hilvarenbeek. They produce meat with the lowest footprint.
